Als nicht offen (Anzeige "Nein"/Grün) gilt ein Transportmittel , wenn
die Anzahl Positionen im Versand > 0 ist,
die Anzahl Positionen noch auszulagern = 0 ist
und die Anzahl Positionen im Packbereich = 0 ist.
